Product Development Readiness Assessment
The Product Development Readiness Assessment investigates the process a company has in place to develop and move products to market. This assessment involves a three-hour exchange between key company personnel and MTI experts. MTI prepares a report indicating areas that need more attention and specific risks that each would pose. The report includes ways to improve speed to market, reduce risk, and market leadership and profitability.
