As President & CEO of Enterprise Minnesota, Robert H. Kill guides the organization to achieve strategic and long-term goals. With over 30 years experience in executive management for Minnesota manufacturers, he understands doing business in the state and has a passion to help others achieve success. His goal is to help Minnesota manufacturers grow and compete profitably.

 

Prior to leading Enterprise Minnesota, Kill served chief executive officer of Ciprico Inc., a manufacturer of high performance data and networking systems. He was named Ciprico’s chairman of the board in March 2004. From 1986 until 1988, Kill worked as Ciprico’s executive vice president and earlier he held several executive positions within the company. Before joining Ciprico, Kill served in several management positions with Northern Telecom Inc. from 1979 to 1986. Kill began his career with Burroughs Corporation where he progressed through a number of sales and marketing positions.

 

Kill received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota. An avid bicyclist and golfer, and he and his wife Jeanne also love to travel and spend time with family.
