Rick Dressler has over 30 years of facilities and operations management experience including personnel and budget administration, continuous improvement, process improvement, lean enterprise, manufacturing systems, corporate quality and safety management, and project management. He began his career as a small business owner and has been Vice President of Manufacturing for Sween Corporation, a Process Improvement Manager for Coughlan Companies, Inc. and is currently a Field Specialist for Minnesota Technology, Inc.

Mr Dressler holds his Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University – Mankato. He holds certifications as an instructor in Training within Industry (TWI) by Central New York Technology Development Organization, Inc. (TDO), and holds certifications in total quality management, strategic planning, and lean manufacturing. He has received related training in lean enterprise principles, 5S, and value stream mapping. He is a member of the Mankato Area Quality Council and serves on their Board of Directors.
