John Connelly has over 20 years of manufacturing and management experience, including general, program and sales management, sales, marketing development and implementation, and business consulting. He started his career as a regional sales manager and sales/marketing manager for Bishman Division of Rugby Industries and has been Regional Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager for Tol-O-Matic Inc, Director of Program Namagement for Summitt Gear Inc, General Manager of Machine Services for Ron Johnson Steel Engraving and is currently the Center Director for Minnesota Technology, Inc.

Mr Connelly holds his two Bachelors of Business Administration one in Management and the other in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a Mini-MBA in Leading Growing Companies from the University of St Thomas. He holds certifications by NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership as a Professional Business Advisor and by RABQSA International as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor. He has related training in lean enterprise, hazardous material management, hazardous waste management, and export tools, techniques, documentation, and international payment methods
