Glenn Pence has over 25 years of of business, sales and marketing, information technology and small manufacturing expertise including information technology, data, voice-over-internet protocol (VOIP), infrastructure networking, sales, management, marketing and retail sales, direct marketing, account development, ISO implementation, total quality management (TQM) implementation. He began his career in general management at Happy Sleeper, Inc and has been in sales management and business development with Marco and is currently a business growth specialist for Minnesota Technology, Inc.

Mr. Pence holds his Bachelors of Science from St Cloud State University and has continued coursework from St Cloud Business College. He holds certification in total quality management. He has related training in employee stock ownership plan (ESOP); Cisco, Mitel, Inter-tel, HP, IBM training; voice-over-internet protocol (VOIP); sales training from Lee Dubois, Tom Hopkins, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziegler and Steven Covey-7 Habits of Highly Effective People training. He is on the Board of Directors for the Unitied Cerebral Palsy and the Technology Advisory Board for Ridgewater College.
